Dynamic Cloudscapes for Ground to Space Skyboxes

For a few levels in Borderlands 4 we needed to travel through the veil in the skybox, to achieve this effect I developed a version of our volumetric clouds that can animate and transition between different cloudscape images depending on the height the level is in the atmosphere. A couple of levels used this, shown here is the initial ascent as i feel it is the most dynamic one.

In addition to the clouds, i also set up the animated skybox and ancillary FX for this level, like the cables, asteroids, and speed lines.
